Our Team

Dr Deirdre Burns qualified from UCC in 1989. She completed vocational training in general practice in Cork. She set up in practice in Ballyvolane in 1996 and moved to a purpose-built surgery in Blackpool in 2000.

Her areas of special interest are Women's Health and Children's Health, as well as providing full general practice services.

Dr Ronan Boland qualified from UCC in 1987. He completed vocational training in general practice in Cork. Having worked in rural GP for 4 years he set up practice in Blackpool in 1995 and later moved to a purpose-built surgery in Blackpool in 2000.

His areas of special interest are Men's Health, Sports Medicine and Child Health and he provides a full general practice services
