Dr. Mark Holmes
Dr Holmes grew up in Howth and has lived most of his life in the local area.
He is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and qualified in 1984.
He subsequently trained in Ireland and the UK before completing his GP training in 1990.
He worked for 3 years in Paediatrics in Crumlin and the National Children’s Hospitals before going into General Practice. Paediatrics is one of his areas of special interest along with Men’s Health.
Dr. Keara Clarke
Dr. Clarke is a graduate of UCD School of Medicine with a special interest in women's health. She initially completed Core Surgical Training before completing the Dublin Mid Leinster GP scheme (UCD), working in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, emergency medicine, medicine for the elderly, psychiatry and endocrinology during her training. Dr. Clarke holds a diploma in women's health, and certificates in contraception (including LARC), cervical smear taking, STI checks and in palliative care. She has a keen interest in health and wellbeing and holds a first class honours degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Trinity College Dublin. In her spare time, Dr. Clarke enjoys cycling, swimming and amateur photography as well as being a mum to a busy toddler.
