We regret to inform you that Sarsfield Medical will be closing its doors on 09th February 2024. This decision has not been made lightly, and we are truly grateful for the trust and loyalty you have placed in us over the years. We want to assure you that every effort will be made to ensure a smooth transition in your healthcare services.

For Public Patients: The Health Service Executive (HSE) will be reaching out to you directly to facilitate the transfer of your medical records to a new GP in the area. Please be on the lookout for communication from the HSE regarding this matter.

For Private Patients: To assist you both Palmerstown Park Medical, Palmerstown Shopping Centre and St. James’s Gate Medical are accepting patients.
