Dr. Maureen Boyd is a GP with over 30 years experience as a General Practitioner. After graduating from Trinity College in 1979, Dr. Boyd set up a successful Family practice in Clonskeagh area in 1984. Initially it was predominantly focussed on reproductive health but as the practice expanded and matured, these men and women had children and grandchildren and we now care for several generations of families. Dr Boyd has a keen interest in women’s Health and was chairperson and secretary of the family Planning Doctors association. She worked for a year in dermatology among other areas. Dr Boyd remains active in reproductive health and is qualified to fit IUCDs including Mirena coils. Earlier she spent time working in the Wellwoman Centre in Dublin City and was involved in the early years of the Sexual Assault Unit in the Rotunda Hospital.
MB BCh (Wits), BA (Hons) Sp & Hr ( Wits), MICGP Dr. Lundie is a member if the Irish College of General Practitioners and has practiced as a GP in Dublin for 19 years. Dr Lundie previously worked in the Mater Private Hospital for 5 years and at Mount Carmel Private Hospital for 14 years. Dr Lundie assisted with the hospital accreditation process, clinical governance and with the appointment of doctors within these hospitals. Dr Lundie was previously a member of the medical board of Mount Carmel Hospital and Sandringham Gardens. Dr Lundie has a keen interest in sports medicine and has acted as team doctor for the Irish Driving Team and the British GB team in various international competitions such as the world cup, European Championships and junior world championships. Previously Dr. Lundie competed as an international springboard diver. A Graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. Dr Lundie Commenced her medical studies after working in hospital practice as a speech and hearing therapist. Dr. Lundie’s interests include geriatrics and has lectured to GP students in this topic.
Dr Curtin graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2011 and completed her internship at the National Children's Hospital, Dublin. Following this she graduated from specialist GP training in 2016 on the HSE/DML UCD Specialist Training Scheme in General Practice. During that time she gained experience working in several of the main Dublin teaching hospitals and general practice in Dublin and Wicklow. Her higher qualifications include a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and ICGP Certificate in Contraception.
